  • You are shipping more than 50 LCD from Canada.
  • You are shipping more than 100 LCD from USA.
  • You are shipping more than 300 LCD from outside of North America(In certain locations we may refuse shipping labels )

If you do not meet quantity requirement, you can still request a shipping label and shipping cost will be deducted from your total payout or drop off in our store. Please contact us for further information.

Packing your LCDs correctly can easily earn you 10-20% extra yield on your LCDs. It really does make the difference.

Packaging TIP

Use a sturdy box that isn’t worn out or has damage.

Aim to not go over 400 LCD’s in a single box. Ensure that the box is not shaking at all and is sturdy.

Once packed up, shake the box HARD. If you feel any movement, add more packing filler till nothing moves with a hard shake.

For the majority of models, price is usually stable unless a massive dump is made into the market or when new phones come out.
We send price update email to customers on our mailing list every week.
Although pricing does not change every single week, we believe that it is important to keep customers informed of current pricing at all times.
Our knowledge and influence in this industry count for a lot and we have noted some interesting trends over time. Pricing for newer models are most volatile to change so customers should always try to get their LCDs shipped to us as soon as they can to avoid losing money.
Even if pricing has changed after a shipping label has been issued, the pricing applies for the date of shipping so our customers are not hurt by a drop.

You don’t need to test the screens before shipping them.
We encourage customers to send us all LCD screens, even if you are certain they do not work.
It is quicker for us to test the screens, and it doesn’t cost you anything. So it is best to send us everything you have and we can test the screens for you.

We only test the LCDs by using PHONES. Phones are opened and attached to LCD connector cables to be created into testing devices.
Say NO to companies that use testing boxes that are available online.

  1. These boxes are unreliable as they provide inaccurate results. These boxes can easily fail 10-30% of screens that are completely working.
  2. Your LCD came off from a phone and is going to be used on a phone so it is best practice to test using a phone.
  3. We test every screen in 3 colors: black, gray and white.
  4. What we are looking for when testing screens:
  • Touch functionality
  • Bad backlight
  • Dead pixels
  • Screen burns
  • Pressure spots
  • Lines
  • Water spots
  • Grey area

We keep all defectives in case customers want them back.
In case of any disagreement, your LCDs are available and ready to be shipped back to you.
All LCDs marked as defective are kept for 7 days after testing.
It is helpful if you state that you will be requiring defective LCDs back when shipping your order to us. This only helps expedite the process.
For the return of defective screens, we DO NOT cover the postage.
